What began as a routine welfare check turned into a scene straight out of a nightmare after officers made a chilling discovery in a suburban garage.
Authorities were called to the home after neighbors reported not seeing the resident for several days. Upon arrival, police noticed signs that something was off — mail piling up, lights left on, and no response at the door.
But it wasn’t until they accessed the garage that the full horror revealed itself.
