Russia sat on intel of Hillary Clinton’s alleged ‘heavy tranquilizers’ use, new docs claim

According to a newly declassified intelligence report, Russia purportedly possessed information indicating that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was using “heavy tranquilizers,” a situation that former President Barack Obama and Democratic Party leaders deemed to be “extraordinarily alarming.”

Fox News Digital initially reported that the U.S. intelligence community lacked any direct evidence that Russian President Vladimir Putin aimed to assist in the election of Donald Trump during the 2016 election. However, under the “unusual” directive of then-President Obama, they allegedly released “potentially biased” or “implausible” intelligence that suggested otherwise.

This information was derived from a report declassified by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, which was compiled by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence in 2020.

The report, which stemmed from an investigation initiated by former House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., was dated September 18, 2020. At the time of the report’s publication, Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., served as the committee’s chairman.

Previously, this report had not been made available to the public and remained highly classified within the intelligence community.

Fox News Digital acquired the “fully-sourced limited-access investigation report that was drafted and stored in a limited-access vault at CIA Headquarters,” which contains several redactions.

One section of the report indicates that the materials in Putin’s possession included Russian intelligence regarding the Democratic National Committee, allegedly revealing that senior Democratic leaders were concerned about Clinton’s health being “extraordinarily alarming.”

The report states, “As of September 2016, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service had DNC information that President Obama and Party leaders found the state of Secretary Clinton’s health to be ‘extraordinarily alarming,’ and felt it could have ‘serious negative impact’ on her election prospects.” Furthermore, it notes that her health information was being maintained in the ‘strictest secrecy.’

The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service reportedly possessed communications from the DNC indicating that “Clinton was experiencing ‘intensified psycho-emotional issues, including uncontrollable fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness.’”

“According to the report, Clinton was subjected to a daily regimen of ‘heavy tranquilizers’ and, despite her fear of losing, she remained ‘obsessed with a thirst for power.’”

Additionally, the Russians allegedly had information indicating that Clinton “suffered from ‘Type 2 diabetes, Ischemic heart disease, deep vein thrombosis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.’”

Furthermore, they purportedly possessed a “campaign email discussing a strategy approved by Secretary Clinton to associate Putin and Russian hackers with candidate Trump in order to ‘distract the American public’ from the scandal surrounding the Clinton email server.”

During the White House press briefing on Wednesday, Gabbard stated that there were “high-level DNC emails that provided evidence of Hillary’s, quote, psycho-emotional issues, uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness, and that then Secretary Clinton was reportedly on a daily regimen of heavy tranquilizers.”

“Gabbard remarked that then CIA Director Brennan and the intelligence community misrepresented intelligence and relied on questionable, substandard sources to fabricate a false narrative suggesting that Putin had a, quote unquote, ‘clear preference’ for Trump,” she said. “Brennan and the intelligence community misled lawmakers by citing the discredited Steele dossier to evaluate, quote unquote, ‘Russia’s plans and intentions,’ falsely implying that this dossier held intelligence value when he was aware that it had been discredited; the intelligence community omitted significant intelligence and ignored or selectively quoted credible intelligence that contradicted their assessments.”

“Key findings regarding Putin’s alleged support for Trump, including this intelligence reporting, would have rendered the ICA’s claim implausible, if not absurd,” she concluded.

Neither Clinton nor Obama provided a response to Fox News Digital’s inquiry for comment.

A tranquilizer is a medication utilized to alleviate mental disturbances, including anxiety and tension. These drugs are generally prescribed to individuals experiencing anxiety, sleep disorders, and other related conditions that impact their mental and physical well-being.
